Sara Evans divorce battle isn’t over. She and ex-husband Craig Schelske were back in court again this week in Franklin, Tennessee. Craig wants a lift on the temporary injunction that prevents him from talking about Sara, the divorce or her attorney. He says he should be allowed to share his side of the story, but Sara claims that he's already broken the injunction and should be jailed. The judge hasn't ruled on the motion yet.
